Diet for weak digestion, bloating/gas
Hi, I am 30 year old, Male. Desk job person, with partially active life. I exercise moderately, eat less junk and more good food. I have skinny fat build. I have no to little fat at other body parts. I want to cut down fat from stomach area. That's the main concern. Also, I don't have good digestion, and have bloated stomach all day, resulting in lots of gas. I am vegitarian + Eggs. Please suggest diet and nutrition for this scenario. Thank you very much.
