I am 28 yrs old female my thyroid is fluctuating since 6 months I am not in medication as values are not up to treatment but sometimes but sometimes it does Normal and sometimes fluctuating so doc said to wait and have health lifestyle then we will repeat test after 2 mnths again so plz provide me with a diet chart to maintain my thyroid as I am afraid of starting treatment plz help

Lactogen milk powder with complan
My 2-year old daughter is not fond of cow's milk and lactogen milk powder much. she prefers new flavours like Bournvita and Junior Horlicks. Is it ok to prepare drink by mixing lactogen and jr. horlicks or lactogen and bournvita? Would it contaminate the lactogen based milk?
If it is safe to mix, then it will be easier (and stress free) to arrange and feed him a flavoured drink.

Start eating more fruits... Now I get relief from stomach n constipation issues
But now how can I gain weight without such heavy products?
