Although various studies have examined the short-term effects of a ketogenic diet in reducing weight in obese patients, its long-term effects on various physical and biochemical parameters are not known.

Hi I would not recommend you to follow a keto diet. As keto diet is a fad which is going on now a days, it has harmful effects on your body. I believe and learned from my experience that anybody can lose weight with healthy low calorie balanced plan so why you wanna go for fad diet. If you follow fad diet for losing weight then your weight may bounce back later on and you won't be getting a Lifestyle change and will also have the side effect on your body like skin glow loss, some hair fall, muscle loss and quick weight bounce back after leaving diet. I would recommend you to meet any expert or me for a personalized plan rather than going for a keto diet. I work online globally so if you can't visit you can have a online or telephonic consultation also....my results are pretty good you can check that on my social media handles and Practo itself. If you wanna consult with me you can call or WhatsApp and the number mentioned on my Practo profile... Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
