Hello! Have protein rich diet,and less carbohydrates. Avoid all kind of juices ,except lemon water without sugar. Stay hydrated to cut down food cravings. Exercise would be of great help. Stsy blessed. Thankyou!

There are different popular fancy diet these days. But one should follow a balance and healthy diet that can give you long lasting results. Obviously with the help of such diets pattern you can reduce fast and see good results but those are not healthy at all. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but still slim and skinny on the contrary there are people who eat less but tends to put on weight fat and suffered with different medical issues too. Hi, Keto Paleo & many other diets no doubt promise you the fast & more weight loss but these all are deprived of essential nutrients in them. They come with the worse post effects. Don't opt the short cut methods. For proper Weight loss a sustainable Diet with other factors like Physical Activity, water intake & sleep cycles need to be considered as well.
