Diet to improve sperm quality
I've been following keto diet for the last 4 months. Now that my wife and I are trying to conceive, we got several tests done to check on our health. The doctor has recommended a change in my diet to get the right nutrition for improvement in sperm quality, but in not sure if what should I be consuming. Need to know what foods to consume for these 2 weeks.
