Weight loss or keto diet
My weight is 64 kg height 5'4. 5 kg overweight.Need to reduce weight with in 2-3 months.So needed a diet plan.Sometimes I do basic exercises or Zumba fitness dance. What are the do's and don'ts of keto diet?? Never been on any kind of diet.

Both Low Carbohydrate Diet and Ketogenic Diet are your options with Calorie control. It is easier to control weight by diet than through exercise although exercising has its own benefits.

Hi ...According to your height your ideal weight should be 58 kgs .keto diet is high fat low carbs diet. It is basically a 4 week plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that continuously. Ask me directly for customized keto diet plan for you.

Hi, I won't suggest you keto. Instead make some dietary changes. Avoid oily and processed food and sweets too. Drink plenty of water. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice, potatoes and other carbs. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan Regards

Don't take keto diet. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises.
