Your current weight of 78 kg seems to within a healthy range, considering your height and activity level. You’re maintaining an active lifestyle with 17 km of running and gym workouts, which is great for your overall health. General Recommendations: For heart health in winter: Oranges, pomegranates, apples, and berries (rich in vitamin C and antioxidants). For liver health in winter: Grapefruit, beets, lemons, and warm water with lemon in the morning for detox. For kidney health in winter: Apples, pears, watermelon (when in season), and cranberries (great for urinary tract health). For lung health in winter: Pomegranate juice, citrus fruits, and warm ginger tea (helpful for respiratory support). Include warm, high-protein foods like lentils, beans, tofu, and paneer to support muscle growth and recovery. Drink warm liquids like herbal teas (ginger, turmeric) and soups for hydration and immunity during the cold months.
