Respected sir or mam plz guide me im 6 feet guy Before my weight was 93 kg 3 months ago Now after doing running gyming eating boil food oats and brown rice multi grain atta roti no any form of oil in cooking Only taking extra verging olive oil for fish and egg omelette Beetroot carrot apple pomegranate mix juice home made Now I'm 73 kg is my weight ok or should I add some more weight Sharing u my BMI pls check

Healthy evening, Your BMI is 21.7 it’s normal According to height your ideal weight 77-83 kg . Take proper healthy diet protein rich so increases your muscle mass only

Hello sir Very good improvement Your fat and weight percentage all falls in good range Your Bmi is 21.7 which falls under normal category According to your height your weight must fall between 77-83kg My suggestion try to maintain your ideal weight between 75-80kg Good health .. keep it upp!
