Before my weight was 93 kg 3 months ago
Now after doing running gyming eating boil food oats and brown rice multi grain atta roti no any form of oil in cooking
Only taking extra verging olive oil for fish and egg omelette
Beetroot carrot apple pomegranate mix juice home made
Now I'm 73 kg is my weight ok or should I add some more weight
