Plz tell me for maintaining healthy body Heart .liver kidney .lungs which fruits and juice is good And in morning I'm having oats and lunch I'm having Half small bown fruits apple. Avacado. Orange.mosambi and 1 glass beetroot carrot juice or mosambi .or pomegranate juice and lunch boil food with spinach. Brocoli and small portion of india gate basmati brown rice weight watchers with 2 multigraain atta roti half bown beetroot tomato.cucumber and radish salad my weight is now 78 kg is ok
