And in morning I'm having oats and lunch I'm having
Half small bown fruits apple. Avacado. Orange.mosambi and 1 glass beetroot carrot juice or mosambi .or pomegranate juice and lunch boil food with spinach. Brocoli and small portion of india gate basmati brown rice weight watchers with 2 multigraain atta roti half bown beetroot tomato.cucumber and radish salad my weight is now
78 kg is ok
