Hair loose in keto diet
I am following a keto diet and this is my diet plan Mon: Chicken, mushroom Tue:Paneer dish ,saag(amaranthus) Wed:Egg(3), Pumpkin palak Thursday:Mix veg(brocolli , capsicum,carrot),fish/baigan Friday:Paneer dish ,saag(amaranthus) Sat: Egg(3) Along with this I consume whey isolate protien, Rogan badam oil, fish oil capsules-2 every day Sometimes I add curd or yoghurt I consume 5 pieces of almond, 1whole walnut and 1 tbsp of  of pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds and sunflower seeds each everyday Also I consume 1 tbsp of flax seed powder on some days It is keeping carbs under check but will I be deficient of any nutrition in general and will it cause hair loss or loss of sexual health or hormonal imbalance in any manner?

Too much restriction of carbohydrates causes hair loss.This is because of vitamin deficiency which is getting from cereals and grains.Follow balanced diet.

Healthy evening, In most cases, the initially shedding that many experience when starting keto is usually temporary as body adjusts. Tweaking your diet to get protein and nutrients you need , keeping stress in check, and using supplements and hair- friendly products help to hair regrow once your keto adopted. Harmons imbalance or loss of sex because One is increasing risk of having high cortisol bcoz of the carbohydrates restrictions. Two it’s going to increase the estrogen production bcoz high fat diet Three , these two changes- high cortisol and high estrogen- suppress hormone imbalance.and loss of sexual activity
