Since you have pangastritis with erosion, your meals have to be gentle on the stomach, which are low in spice and fat, and also easy to digest. Here is how you can manage it: - Consume small and frequent meals throughout the day rather than large meals. - Choose soft foods such as khichdi, rice, oats, poha, idli and dal which doesn't put much stress on the stomach. - Avoid spicy, oily, fried, and acidic foods as it will irritate the stomach. - Include buttermilk which help improve your gut health. - Consume boiled and soft vegetables instead of raw ones which will help in easy digestion. - Prefer home cooked food instead of eating out and avoid long gaps between the meals.

Response: Thank you for sharing your details. Since you have pangastritis with erosions, the priority is a soft, non-spicy, and light diet to reduce irritation and support healing.
Next Steps
Eat small, frequent meals every 2–3 hours. Prefer soft foods like khichdi, daliya, curd rice, idli, poha, upma, boiled vegetables, bananas, papaya, and apples (steamed/boiled if needed). Avoid spicy, oily, fried foods, citrus fruits, excessive tea/coffee, alcohol, and smoking. Include plain curd or buttermilk daily (if tolerated). Drink enough water, coconut water, or plain soups for hydration. Use easily available protein sources like milk, curd, dal, roasted chana, boiled eggs (if non-veg), or small amounts of paneer.
