Hi Pls help with a diet plan to loose my weight I have pcod and am under treatment for the same but don't know which excercise I will do and loose weight ..tried all my best levels

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

For Pcod problem it’s very important to lose weight , and the best way to do is through a combination of diet and exercises...diet will help in losing 70-80 percent of weight (kgs) exercise gives mainly inch loss and has other added benefits...to start with add cinnamon to your diet , avoid all forms of sugar, sweets, refined flour, consume whole grains and cereals, fibre rich food and avoid dairy completely ...for exercises you should start walking or do yoga ...whatever suits you..last but not the least drink plenty of water.

Hi you  can try a week plan surely  u will reduce..will tell you the exercise  .we target  upto 5 kg a month .. No supplement  n medicine

Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. You can go for brisk walks or you can try yoga. Have at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily. Avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar as much as you can. Drinking plenty of water everyday, have a glass of water half an hour before your meals.
