Intermittent fasting is a crash diet...
I would surely not recommend anyone. It really effects your metabolism. U may find results now but once u want to stop it and fall into a regular diet u will easily gain back your weight fast.
Body also will be in a state of confusion with this type of diet habits. So better follow a low calorie, low Carbohydrate, moderate protein and low fat diet with adequate amount of vitamins and minerals.
