Intermittent fasting of 14 hours is absolutely health if you follow only 2 meals after that too portion control keeping in mind the get by detox and weight loss but if you will eat heavy food after that and junk food is eaten without any portion control. Then it's not healthy at all .
Intermittent fasting can be good in case of one day...but if done for a long time can harm your health and lead to gastritis, hypoglycemia,peptic ulcers etc.
Fasting under supervision is good....done when required.
