For gaining weight follow healthy diet and little walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of of water . take 3 main meal and 2-3snacks per day. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Take balance diet and do some excercise daily

- avoid junck food for gaining weight

-Exercise daily for an hour
-Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building)
-Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving)
-Water intake of atleast 3L per day
-Add omega 3,6,9 (healthy fats) like nuts in your diet
-Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food
