I'm a 28 year old female, weighing approximately 51 kg. I have a small frame but have a chubby face. Height is 4'9. Is my weight appropriate for my height or do I need to lose more weight?

Just keep yourself active, have a well balanced home cooked meal, sleep for 7-8 hrs , stay hydrated.
Avoid processed and packaged foods, bakery items.
You can loose a couple of kgs. But what is most important is to stay healthy. Numbers on the scale is not a indication for your health.
Hii just keep your diet normal
With less spices n garam masala
No fried or oily foods for like 15 days at all
Then u can have once a week
Have buttermilk daily to avoid acidity n no empty stomach tea or coffee
When u feel start walking
Don't lie down immediately after eating
2-3 kgs u can loose not much required as such
You need to be loose 2-3 kg according to ur height .
