I want to loose weight. Ever since I went out of my native place. I have been regularly gaining weight. The weight is gradual and constant for 8 years. You may say 5 kg per year. I simply want to change my lifestyle and reduce weight for long term.

Eat low fat,low carb,high protein, high fibre diet. Keep proper hydration. Do regular physical activity of your choice to burn atleast 500 calories daily to reduce 5 kg in a month
