I'm a 31 yrd old male. I check my weight often. The weight stays in between 60 kg and 61 kg. My height is 5'6". Waist size probably 31 inch. Is this perfect weight and waist size according to my height..??? While measuring  weight, should  body clothes weight be excluded..??? Plzz reply

Hi I think you are in great shape. You can even gain 2-3 kg. Your waist to Hip ratio should be less than 0.9. Weight can be checked at the same time,so you can compare more accurately. Thanks
