I am 40 years old. My fasting sugar is always around 110. I do intense workouts both cardiac and strength. I am also on low carb and low fat diet. I would like to get my fasting sugar in the range of 90's. Can you please suggest what else i can do to reduce fasting sugar ?

Hello there we understand your feeling and your concern towards your health. We appreciate that you're making your move to stay fit. But even then your blood sugar levels are more than.100 on fasting. It wood be better if you consult a endocrinologist for your help. It would be wise of you to go and consult one.
Thank you
