Hlo sir or mam plz guide me I'm 6 feet tall guy 3 moths ago my weight is 110 kg after running 10 km everyday zyming 2 times breakfast I take oats with toned milk and honey with half bowl fruits all fruits apple.pomegranate beetroot carrot. Pears .papaya then take green tea lunch 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with 1 plate salad Evening zyming and do running 3 km After zyming come home take greentea Diner 7.30 pm take 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables salad and 1 boiled egg White only According to u plz tell me what weight should it be good for me and can we have salad 2 time in a day Salad like tomatoes. Cucumber.redish and beetroot. Carrot only . Is it ok to eat salad 2 time in a day it will not make u a weight gained na Plz check my monthly active tracker chart Normally 20000 steps I completed by running and brisk walking want to be more fit than that

And after sometime I take oats with toned milk and honey Than green tea .lunch I take 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with half plate salad Evening go ground and do running 3 km in evening go zyming and completing 1 hours in zym I came back take greentea and after 40 min I take my dinner 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with 1 boiled egg Whites according to u plz tell me what will be it my actual weight Which will be good and not again gained weight And also can I have some juices like beetroot carrot mix juice it will not gained weight na

Plastic leaching doubts

Sir/ma'am. I prepared solid  food ( khichdi,dal rice) by mixer grinder for my 7 months old babies. But it's hot food. Directly I put on mixer which is made by plastic.. new mixer but no idea about bpa free or not. Now I am scared quality about plastic mixer. If it's leaching it's harmful for my babies?
