Hi You haven’t mentioned your height and weight so it’s difficult to advise . I’m just assuming if you are weight more than what you were when you were in your 20’s and 30’s Get into a yoga pranayama regimen and cut down the quantity of food you normally take and enjoy what you do. Don’t stress take life easy . Be consistent in what you do and you will see results.
