Healthy morning, Plz connect to the doctor. High haemoglobin leads to clots, heart attack and stroke. It is a serious lifelong condition that can be fetal without treatment. Dehydration, smoking or living at high altitudes may also cause high haemoglobin. It may also signal other conditions, such as lung, or heart disease. In the absence of a chronic condition, there are lifestyle changes that can be beneficial, particularly ditching sigarettes if you smoke. Also making strategic nutrition choices can be key . “Eating a diet low in iron rich foods can help “.
