Does ragi affect hypothyroid
Hi As I'm trying to conceive and I have hypothyroidism so can I consume ragi every day ? Will that affect my fertility?

Millets like Ragi has goitrogenic effects,but they get destroyed when cooked,its better eat ragi alternate days or thrice in a week and switch to other grains for other days.

Ragi is nutritious yet goitrogenic...so instead of baking or roasting it in the form of rotis, cook it well like paratha, Puri, cheela

Healthy afternoon ma’am, Ragi is rich in calcium actually….. it doesn’t have any side effects… so you don’t worry about it….. Hypothyroidism is not related with ragi thing… hope you understand Thank you.
