hypothyroid patient as my tsh level is slightly increasd since 3 years and am on thyroxin tab.50 mcg daily ....
my weight is increased due to thyroid
in between these 3 years ...am 83 kg now and my height is 5 feet 4 inches ...kindly suggest good diet

First of all ensure you take your thyroxin 1st thing morning and give an hours gap before consuming any food or else it won’t be of help
As the medicine takes an hours time to get utilised and help the thyroid glad to function normally
