No, only bananas are not enough for breakfast. Some healthy breakfast ideas -   Bread with boiled eggs/ Egg chila/ oats with milk/ Dosa with sambhar/ chapati with sabji.

If you are taking only 2bananas at b'fst. Take it with smoothly form. 2 banana+ 3-4 walnut-2-3 almond+ 1pinch of dalchini powder + 1spoon curd.. or you may add skimmed milk powder.. it is fulfilled and healthy bfast

A breakfast being the first meal of the day needs to be a wholesome meal It should compromise of a Carb portion, a protein portion & a vegetable portion

Regular Indian breakfast like Poha, upma, dosa, idli , Thalipeeth, paratha, roti sabji with a cup of milk or curd with a few soaked nuts & some veggies can make your breakfast a wholesome meal

Some healthy breakfast options are: Baked sweet potatoes with peanut butter and sliced apple and raisins. Overnight oats with chia seeds and berries Lentils breakfast: cheelas Quinoa breakfast Masala oats Avocado smoothie Tofu scrambled Poha Upma Idli / dosa with bowl of sambhar and green chutney consist mint Oatmeal Whole grains bread and eggs Greek yogurt with mixed fruits and dried fruit
