Can we eat only Fruits for breakfast?
Can we eat only Fruits for breakfast? Since Fruits and Rice both are simple carbohydrates, can fruits alone be eaten for breakfast? In this case, i will need to consume more fruits to control hunger. If so, does sugar levels increase if we eat lot of fruits?

You can eat fruits for breakfast provided you eat the right fruits depending on your health condition. Moreover there are certain fruits which should be avoided early morning on empty stomach( like citrus fruits). You need to add a few nuts or power boosters for better proportion of carbs, proteins etc. For further clarifications please contact on Practo.

Healthy evening sir, Beginning your day with a fruit is ideal but it should be followed by a nutrient dense breakfast. For breakfast, focus more on protein, healthy fats, nuts, berries, and small number of complex carbs. Healthy breakfast options: Homemade idli, dosa, uttapam with coconut chutney + sambar Indian parathas or thalipeeth with pudina chutney Two eggs bhurji + half avocado Homemade smoothie- yoghurt/ curd + berries +. almond + walnut + pumpkin seeds + flaxseed. Ragi porridge/ bajara porridge
