Sleepy and tired after breakfast
Why i am feeling sleepy and tired(fatigue) after i take my breakfast? I can feel restlessness and a sensation on my legs.

Hello! It may be because of  fatty and carbohydrate diet. Start your breakfast with eggs ,fruits,oats, instead of oily things like parathas,etc. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

It may be due to an unbalanced diet and heavy meal or some vitamin deficiency or may be due to your habits

It can be due to these reasons : 1. Inadequate sleep 2. High carb, low protein breakfast 3. micronutrient deficiency specifically iron, Vitamin B complex or zinc.
Next Steps
Include protein like nuts/egg (if eggitarian)/ Milk/paneer/ dry fruits/seeds/ chicken (if non veg) in your breakfast. Avoid biscuits/bread/paav/bun in Breakfast.

Hi, you need to focus on having good meals through out the day. Drink good amount of water,sleep early and stay active during the day.
