It may be because of fatty and carbohydrate diet.
Start your breakfast with eggs ,fruits,oats, instead of oily things like parathas,etc.

It can be due to these reasons :
1. Inadequate sleep
2. High carb, low protein breakfast
3. micronutrient deficiency specifically iron, Vitamin B complex or zinc.
Next Steps
Include protein like nuts/egg (if eggitarian)/ Milk/paneer/ dry fruits/seeds/ chicken (if non veg) in your breakfast. Avoid biscuits/bread/paav/bun in Breakfast.
