Hello
May be you have started playing after a long time. It's good, it's good to play outdoor games. Play for 40 minutes now and then gradually increase the duration. Have some fruits or vegetable juice prior to playing. Do check your sugar levels. Have complex carbs and nuts and seeds in your daily diet.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Do deep breathing exercises daily.
Take care
You are getting tired as your stamina is low and body is not used to do exercise. Loose your weight till 70 kg .Be consistent with your play to trained your body muscles and have protein rich diet.
Hi,
It seems that you were not used to play but now started. Body always accepts gradual changes not the random ones. So reduce your time first & then increase gradually so that body can be prepared for long time to play.
Other factors can also be taken into consideration like Dietary habits & lifestyle modifications.
Maybe after a long gap you started playing that's why muscle get fatigue. Add vegetables juice and fruits in your diet and Indian gooseberry. Then also if you have same issues then take proper diet consultation.
