Feel tired
I feel tired all the time. I have gained weight. So i have started physical activities (Badminton,running) to control the weight. But these actvities exhaust me and i never feel like getting up next day. Please advise solution!

Hi, please get a thyroid panel done immediately. Also check your levels of iron, vitamins B12, D3 and calcium. Lethargy and fatigue along with weight gain could be due to thyroid imbalance and associated low levels of these vitamins. Get in touch with me with the results.

Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications.. Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts.. Supplement vitamins and minerals.. Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Consult Dietitian for diet chart...
