Sleepy after lunch and dinner
Hi , just eating two chapati and one curry with cucumber , feeling sleepy . There is no issues other than this ... Recently switched to be vegetarian... please help me , how can I keep healthy... There a lot work has to done

Hello dear,  i understand your concern. To eliminate this issue,  you need to maintain meal gap of not more than 3 hours between any two meals. It will boost your metabolism, and keep your energy levels. So eat small and frequent meals. Also you can include black Coffee / green tea 2-3 times a day.
