Multivitamin table after bf/lunch/dinner
What will be the best time to take a multivitamin tablet so that it absorbs properly? Let's say if I am having fruits and salad in my breakfast. Rice and dal at my lunch time. Roti and some green sabzi at my dinner. What would be the best preferred time to take milti vitamin tablet? Dear doctor, please please elaborate your answer a bit, so that it will be helpful for others as well, instead of just a one liner. I am 25 years old, male. I am taking this medicine after consulting a doctor. My diet has been pathetic since past 1 year, now slowly I am improving it, but also taking a multivitamin tablet too. Multivitamin has to be supplemented, as the absorption inside the gut decreases with poor lifestyle, please modify lifestyle, and keep keep poor eating habits at abeyance. Stop taking too much, tea, coffee, smoking, alcohol....Walk daily for 30 mins at a good pace... Gud morning pls let me tell u one thing medicine will give temporary solution for maintaining a healthy body,why not u try to have a healthy balanced diet with lifestyle modification like exercise daily,sleep early,reduce stress and have pls plenty of water.
