Hi,
Most of the time I feel low on energy and lethargic throughout the day. My diet is such that it is not able to provide enough vitamins and minerals. I want to improve on the diet but I am thinking to take multivitamin tablets (Revital) for sometime. Can u pls suggest the best time to take those multivitamin tablets? After breakfast lunch or dinner? Can they be taken after meals at night?
Thanks in advance
