Are multivitamin tablets ok to consume
Sir, I have a very irregular and untimely diet and food habits. I am sure that I am not able to give my body all the vitamins it need. I am a vegetarian. I have recently come across multivitamin tablets. Is it ok to consume 1 tablet on a daily basis. Will it help and will it have any side effects?
