Hi Kindly check your blood tests, specifically for Vitamin D and B12. Vitamin deficiency might be the cause. Incorporate a well-balanced diet and 30 minutes of daily exercise.
Next Steps
Kindly book an appointment for a detailed consultation.

Hi, to include any supplement in your diet first you need to check your whole diet whether you are able to catch it up with your diet or not. and Other ailments if persists, if it's not completing, you can try multivitamins. otherwise no need. Kindly take a consultation before starting.

I suggest you book a consult and get you diet evaluated , since a good diet can provide you with all required nutrients. Supplements are supposed to aid during special times /needs only. Try to track down your food intake(including all food groups) Sleep (8hrs) Stress Exercise Fixing you lifestyle is the first line of treatment.

Healthy morning, Yes , you can take but check all blood parameters like , iron , folic acid , calcium etc. Multivitamin, breastfeeding mom need to take some sort of daily multivitamin that contain 100 % of the recommended RDA . You can continue to take your parental vitamins or minerals supplements- however, it contains much more iron than needed for breastfeeding.
