Diet for irregular periods
Hi, I have irregular periods problem, can you please suggest me which diet to follow. Iam a vegetarian and I eat eggs too.

Include good quality of protien in diet. Make sure you also have good omega intake. Have good fats in diet Restrict on ready to eat items and increase on exercise

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet. Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

Hello practo user, There are many reasons for irregular periods. As of now avoid fried foods, eat a healthy diet, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday, eat all kinds of fruits. Be stress free, follow  proper timings of your food intake.

Hi It's very important to know the reason first why you get irregular periods, the PCOD is the reason or hormonal imbalance is the reason or stress or any other. See some hormonal imbalance must be happening in your body so you can start with the seed cycling and moon charged water. I can surely help you in balancing your hormones but not without one to one discussion about your whole medical history, your vitals, your eating habits, your likes and dislikes. For a while you can follow following tips which may help you to some extent 1. Start seed cycling 2. Start moon charged water 3. Take a good song sleep of 7 to 9 hours 4. Hi, More details required to recommend specifically. The reason behind Irregularity of period need to know. You should follow a balanced diet rich in goo quality protein like egg, dahi/ yoghurt, paneer, soyabean, almond, cashew, sprouts etc and fresh fruits and vegetables. Try to follow a proper meal timings. Please don't skip breakfast and do some exercises.
