I want good multivitamins for daily use for myself. I am vegetarian and generally have pain in back knee waist and less energy. Get tired and achy even if did some house chores.

You can get your CBC/ vitamin D/ vitamin B12 and other vitals check. Any medication you should take as per your requirement only. Better is to go for proper analysis and test done and then go accordingly. General weakness might be the reason of vital deficiency, better is to get it checked and add things as needed.
