Depending on the mulvitamins  you need to have some on empty stomach or some along with food.
Next Steps
You can consult with me regarding the specific vitamins or /and minerals.  Coffee prevents absorption of some essential micronutrients. Safe to keep a gap of 2 hrs before and after.
Health Tips
Its better to eat a well planned diet than eat supplements. The absorption of vitamins and minerals from food is much better.

The ideal time to take a multivitamin is after a meal, preferably after lunch. Most people do not consume tea/coffee immediately after lunch so try to fix that as your multivitamin time. Otherwise , You can maintain a gap of 1 hour after/before coffee consumption.
