Some say that taking a multivitamin having both calcium and iron is not advisable as. calcium hinders the iron absorption in the body. i am still confused regarding this. Plz guide me regarding this as i am planning to buy a high potency VEGETARIAN multivitamin supplement. Thanks in advance.

Iron and calcium both have same absorption point in body..
Its that why advisable to take both separately..
U can go for multivitamin like A TO Z..
they r very good result wise.
N they will not hinder any calcium or medicine as they are made accordingly.

Hello Mam..if u r taking iron tablet and calcium tablet then advised is to take them separately and at a gap too..but if u r taking a multivitamin tablet then its absorption is taken care during processing of that product hence it can be taken.Nutrilite daily is a very good potency multivitamin.
