Hi I'm taking true basics multivitamin tablets and it had all vitamins and minerals with 100%RDA.
I have recently purchased plix based protein powder which also has some vitamins and rda is also high (screenshot below). Can I take these 2 together provided it won't cause toxicity. Thank you doctors in advance for answering!

Hi
whatever you are taking now i hope it's under doctors supervision and guidance..
Unless and until there's any proper need , you shouldn't be taking multivitamins or protein powders on your own by just reading labels..
and taking both together ( Multi vitamins and Protein Powder) can / may be harmful with longterm side effects ..
takecare
thankyou
