Hi I would like to ask you why you want to depend on multivitamin tablets when you can get all nutrients through healthy well balanced diet. Eat whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables at least 5-6 serving of different color and enjoy your food. That will make your gut and immune system strong. Just because it is easy to pop up pills is not the right attitude. After all you are what you eat. Take time to eat and enjoy your food Remember Health is wealth. If you are severely deficient and feel lack of energy, tiredness then can try taking Becozinc for few days. Take vitamin D if you don't expose yourself to sun. Do regular exercises or simply brisk walking. That will help you. Thanks

Adding both the Macro & micro nutrients in the diet is your priority. Taking a Rainbow🌈 diet is must for all. Add variety of colors to your diet. Eat all the healthy components necessary for the body. If the Micro nutrients consisting of Vitamins & Minerals are not covered from the diet, then you may go for the supplements, else not required. Wish you good health. Thanks
Next Steps
Hope this is helpful to you.

There are many types of multivitamins each one having different vitamins n minerals Ina different proportions. It’s also according to your body requirements and adjusted to your dietary intake, activity levels, stress, immunity etc. please do not pop in multivitamin indiscriminately. Some fat soluble vitamins, iron, calcium may cause more harm than good if taken in excess.
Next Steps
Visit doctor or dietitian who will help you evaluate your vitamin needs.
