Hello. There is no harm in taking supplements like vitamin c and biotin. But why buying supplements when you have this readily available in food sources  at a very reasonable cost.Like amla, orange, mosambu, corriander leaves, drumstick leaves, strawberries all are vitamin c rich foods. You can add one nimbu in your salads to get your daily vitamin c. Amla has the most vitamin c content than other vitamin c rich foods. If you consume vitamin c and biotin rich foods daily that is enough as they are readily absorbed by your body than your supplements. For further discussion you can contact me.

Hi, Yes, you can take, but you didn't have mentioned for what reason you need to consume supplement. You can get these nutrients from fresh fruits , vegetables, eg: like amla is the richest source of vitamin c and all others citrus fruits also, like guava, lemon etc. The nutrients are getting from food is more bioavailable than supplement. If you want to boost your immunity, that you can do by having a nutritious balanced diet, and please keep in mind that boosting immunity is a gradual process.
