Hi
For vitamin D you need to take a supplement with vitamin D rich foods.
It's very difficult to cover up the deficiency with foods itself but you can take vitamin D rich foods to maintain the levels for later.
Some vitamin D rich foods are as follow
1. Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon.
2. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals.
3. Beef liver.
4. Cheese.
5. Egg yolks
For Vitamin B12 you can include few following foods in your diet... if you are vegetarian then you can include a supplement
1. Beef, liver, and chicken.
2. Fish and shellfish such as trout, salmon, tuna fish, and clams.
3. Fortified breakfast cereal.Low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese.
