Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. No,  I wouldn't suggest multivitamin tablets. Instead, increase your protein consumption. If you eat non veg then eat it more often. Otherwise get more dals, beans, paneer etc. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have flax seeds. Eat spinach regularly. This will help with hair growth. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards

Hi I always suggest that take take food as your first medicine rather than going for a supplement. Multivitamins provide micronutrients which are  the nutrients which can be covered by the food itself as they require in very less quantity by the body. I would recommend you to meet an expert and know what's wrong in your diet and what you can include/ supplement in your diet to meet the requirement for micronutrients. If you need further assistance opt for personal chat option Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
