Fruits as regular lunch
I eat fruits as my lunch (about two small sized bowls). My breakfast usually includes any of idli-sambhar-dosa-puttu-appam. My dinner would be usually rice & curry, rice porridge or chapati-curry. And I drink about 1-2L of water everyday. Is this kind of diet going to trouble me in future? Or is this a fairly balanced diet? I have lost about 3kgs due to this diet over the last three months.

It's ok but avoid rice in the night to reduce weight and don't take same diet for a too long as it may cause some micronutrients deficiency.
