Common people say , eat fruits before food but do not eat fruits after food, and these people say if we eat fruits after food , so that fruits vitamins will not absorb properly. So is it real that fruits vitamins will not absorb properly, if we eat fruits after food ?

Healthy evening ma’am, Eating fruits in between your meals is a great habit. Because this is the time when you’re body digest the food quickly and secreat different enzymes to digest the fruits. Besides, they keep you do not feel hungry in between your meals hours. Mid- morning (11:0 to 12:0) and Mid- evening (4:0 to 5:0) .Eat fruits an hour before meal or two hours after.

At a time body can absorb certain amount of nutrients. So if you want that the nutrients have complete absorption from fruits try to eat it 2 hrs before or after meals. Fruits are not recommended to Hve post dinner
