Almonds 4, 2 walnut, 3 raisin are good enough but keep on changing the nuts like sometimes Pista, sunflowers seeds as every nuts has different qualities. Rest depends on ur lifestyle and body requirements.
Everyday same food is not good. Adding variety are much more beneficial

Healthy afternoon,
Consuming soaked dry fruits regularly on an empty stomach in the morning can help you avoid many diseases. If you only consume almonds , take 7-8 soaked and peeled.
If you consume mixed like almonds, walnuts and raisins, you take 2-4 soaked almonds, 4-5 raisins and 1-2 walnut halves.
But, if you’re watching weight, daily food routine, dry fruits eaten in moderation as they are nutrients dense.
Limit intake to about 15-20 gm total mixed nuts you take .
