Dry fruits consumption

Hi i want to know which dry fruits are good to be consumed everyday and also let me know which is the right time to consume dry fruits? Whether should we consume it after dinner or before breakfast in the morning?

You must eat the combination of dry fruits, n seeds for more health and nutritional benefits. Eat almonds(6) daily, walnuts 2)/ 3 week. Flax seeds empty stomach with milk. Dried dates (2)once in a 15 days boil in a milk and consume with milk. Munnaka(4) is a very good nutritional quality must consume 2/ week.
