How to take dry fruits
Dear sir, My daughter is five years old and suffering from malnutrition. We want to give her best food but she does not like to eat. But she likes the dry fruits very much. I soak 5 almonds on every night and give her in the Mrng. But at the same time I would like add other dry fruits also like cashew nuts, pea nuts, sprouts and chick peas etc.. My questions are to you is. Can all these taken on evry Mrng in small quantities? Can all these soak togather in the same bowl or separately? If not, then please suggest me when to take all these dry fruits. And is it safe for her age group to take dry fruits? Pls suggest other foods also for her. The purpose of whole thing is immunity boost up.
