Great awareness 👍🏻 Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
