Regarding diet for maintaining healthy

Or sir plz guide me for maintaining a healthy sgot sgpt level, maintaining a healthy liver . im overweight, doing dieting now, eating only boil food Every day, completing 14000 steps and running 30 min continuously zyming 2 times in a few days I'm 6 feet tall, and previously, my weight was 110 kg now after doing dieting. Running zyming, I lost my 12 kg weight Now I'm 97 kg . Sir, I am adding avacado in my diet And olive oil in my cooking item eating fish 1 time in a weak and eating salad a lot, and plz tell me after morning workout Can I drink dab. Pani  every day, and also after taking breakfast, can I take beetroot juice and sugarcane and mosambi juice in  alternate every day, and which juice is good for maintaining a healthy liver, which juice is good for losing weight To Eating salad a lot ..beetroot carrot. Eating oats in breakfast with adding half bowl fruits Every colours  fruits

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. For PCOD specifically limit milk and milk products. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
